We are looking for a curious and ambitious apprentice in Product Design to join our Product Team.

The team is currently composed of:

- 3 Product Managers

- 1 Product Designer

- 1 Data Analyst

🚀 We're in a phase of development and Test & Learn. This means you'll have the opportunity to co-create our processes and contribute to the shaping of Worklife. Daily Job:

As a Product Designer Intern at Worklife, you will be at the heart of our creation process, contributing to shaping outstanding digital products that meet the needs of our users.

You will be responsible for:

- Product Design: Designing innovative and intuitive user experiences for our digital products

- Prototyping and Iteration: Creating interactive prototypes to test concepts and iterate rapidly

- Design System Development: Contributing to develop and maintain our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products and platforms.

- Help Sales Team: Helping the sales team prepare prototypes, demos, and assets for client meetings

- User Research: Conducting in-depth research on user needs, preferences, and behaviors, using methodologies such as user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.

Expected Results during Onboarding:

D +30 :

- Product and industry training: understanding the offers, employee benefits

- Meeting the members of the company and discovering their roles and responsibilities

- Figma discovery and learning how to use the assets

D +60 :

- Being autonomous in using & updating Design Systems,

- Creating prototypes for demo

- Creating new assets, screens, etc.

D +90 :

- Designing project from discovery to release

- Mastering User Research, Data Discovery

Our evaluation criteria (scorecard) for this role:

- You're preparing your Master 1 / Master 2 in a Top School of Design and you're looking for an apprenticeship of 12/24 months

- You have a good knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, etc…

- You possess a strong sense of creativity and innovation in designing user interfaces

- You are able to communicate efficiently in English, both written and oral (our teams are international)

- You demonstrate an interest in illustration and motion design to create engaging visual elements and animations for digital products.

- You’re keen to receive and give constructive feedbacks

Recruitment Process

- Screening Call with Maja, Senior TAM (35 min)

- Hiring Manager Interview with Quentin, Product Designer (45 min)

- Homework Case Study (4 hour of work) and a restitution with Quentin and Clément, CPO (1h00)

- Onsite Culture Fit Interview with Tech and Sales teams (45 min) + quick coffee with Quentin

We do our best to have a process of about 20 days and we send an offer within 48 hours 🤞
