Your job and daily missions 

The Data Science & AI Apprentice will play a vital role in supporting the Investor Relations and Strategy teams at GIE AXA by harnessing the potential of data and AI. This position will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify opportunities, design innovative AI-powered solutions, and facilitate the adoption of AI within day-to-day operations.

Your mission ? Empower Investor Relations and Strategy teams through the strategic application of Generative AI, driving innovation and growth in line with business objectives.

Your main activities:

• Opportunity Identification:
  • Evaluate business operations to identify areas where data & AI can provide value.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand their needs and challenges and determine how data & AI can support them.
• Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Assist in identifying BI and AI-powered solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Support the implementation of these solutions, managing project timelines and resources.
• Change Management:
  • Contribute to change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of BI and AI.
  • Provide training and support to teams to help them understand and use AI tools effectively.
• Community Building:
  • Participate in organizing meetings and workshops to promote AI literacy and knowledge sharing.
• Ethical AI Use:
  • Ensure that all AI solutions are implemented in line with ethical guidelines and regulations.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Support the monitoring of AI solutions and report on their impact on business operations.
• Compliance & Alignment:
  • Collaborate with AXA Group Operations to ensure AI initiatives align with the overall IT strategy.

• First experience in data science, IT, statistics (Python, SQL, NLP) with project management exposure.
• Business understanding and agility to identify opportunities for data & AI application.
• Data modeling and dataflows management skills.
• Change management and project management aptitude.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts and applications.
• Collaboration, communication, curiosity, and continuous learning mindset.
• Fluency in English. Knowledge of French and/or a third language would be appreciated.
