Responsible of all the recruitment process of our new consultants, your missions are : 

• Find best candidates on jobboards, social networks (LinkedIn for example…),
• Select candidates and conduct physicals or visuals interviews,
• Manage candidates during all the recruitment process (evaluations, technical test, salary negotiations, employment contratcs),
• Animate consultants coaching,
• Follow HR integration of your new consultants.

• Master's degree in University or Business School
• 2 years experience as a recruiter in the same industry
• Speak English and Portuguese is mandatory (bonus : you also speak French ?)
