As we continue to grow, there is an opportunity to join this exciting mission and have even bigger impact, as we are looking to add a Trade marketing Manager based in Poland (remote).

Here are some of the EXCITING things you will get to do (RESPONSIBILITIES):

  • Development of a SharkNinja channel-specific Shopper and Trade Marketing strategy for the Polish market with focus on Brick & Mortar & Online Retail.
  • Develop creative digital retail & BTL campaigns for each of our customers in close collaboration with our Brand Marketing and Sales team to drive awareness and engagement of consumers with our products.
  • Ensure the showcasing of our consumer electronics products and communication of key features in-store and online is in line with our international brand positioning.
  • Manage and execute of Trade Shows and retailer events in Poland.
  • Oversee input for PIM (Product Information Management). Ensure all data is provided and up to date, in line with launch timelines.
  • Develop & maintain presentations and promotional materials for our sales team.
  • Establishment and ownership of a consistent reporting system for POS / trade marketing activities with retailers.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders of the EMEA Hub and external agencies to ensure optimal retail placement of our product portfolio.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS (REQUIREMENTS):

  • Fluent in Polish and English - German desirable.
  • 4+ years of working experience in a related field.
  • Experience in consumer electronics is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility and ability to win in a fast-paced environment – we learn every day and therefore things are changing fast at SharkNinja.
  • Ability to work in a global environment outside of our Frankfurt office and understand structures and roles & responsibilities.
  • Proficient level of presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • High willingness for business trips.
