Team Vitality’s Brand & Revenue Diversification Department aims to offer a wider range of leisure activities to its audience. As part of the team, the Gaming Leisure Apprenitice provides dedicated operational and logistical support for all the events organised, whether physical (V. Hive, Stade de France or others) or online (Ligue Corpo, School, etc.), whether regular or one-off, whether long-term or made-to-measure products.
In compliance with the specifications defined for each event and in liaison with the diversification and marketing team, he/she will be responsible for :
Project management
Organising events for customers in line with the packaged offer
Planning all diversification-related events (online and offline)
Reporting key indicators to management: selecting relevant KPIs for each event
Communicating needs and expected results to internal teams (marketing, merchandising, etc.)
Coordination & operational logistics
Monitoring and managing registrations, ensuring that operations run smoothly and that all stakeholders are present
Event management for all School offers (online, physical, sport & esport)
Management of service providers: contacting, briefing, negotiating and selecting appropriate service providers
Helping to fit out V.Play areas when organising filming or making premises available internally or externally

Budget creation; cost forecasts; annual sales forecasts
