- In the context of the growth of our services delivered to connected vehicles, we are looking for a GIS Senior developer

- The service is the combination of an embedded software, a set of cloud services and some map material that is regularly updated. Many vehicles from several manufacturers are using it.

- The Senior Developer will join a Scrum team, and will bring his/her technical as well as functional expertise in it

- Even though the Senior Developer will mainly contribute to the development of the cloud services enabling assisted driving functions, he/she must have a system-oriented way of thinking

- Thanks to his/her high level of interest in the analysis of map data, the senior developer will contribute in designing the solutions and establishing relevant validation strategies.

- He/she will have to interact with the customers but also with the providers, at every stage of the projects.

- Our services targetting connected vehicles, he/she willl have to apply its knowledge to road use cases. An already proven experience in such a domain is appreciated

- Architectural and functional knowledge of cloud & services willl allow him/her to contribute efficiently to the portfolio enhancement

- Very good interpersonal skills are expected, both in written and oral communication

- Design, develop and maintain GIS applications and databases.

- Ensure quality and accuracy of GIS data and products.

- Solve real-world problems at large geographic scales using cloud solutions. AWS experience is appreciated.

- Work with different types of data and clients, data driven strategies

- Ability to get the “big picture”, with willlingness to well understand how the system works

- DevOPS (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Terraform)

- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe etc. )

- Fluent English
