The position

Job description

Missions :

  • Participation au déploiement du plan de développement des compétences (formations, etc).

  • Participations aux projets RH (relations écoles, Well being, D&I, next gen talents, etc). 

  • Support dans la préparation de process RH.

  • Support à la préparation des réunions CSE / CSSCT / négociations.

  • Veille juridique et sociale.

  • Support à la gestion administrative (préparation d’avenants, courriers RH, etc).

Preferred experience

Profil :

  • Préparation d’un bac +5 RH

  • 1er stage ou alternance en RH

  • Organisé, rigoureux, bonne expression orale et écrite, curiosité et flexibilité

  • Anglais : capacité à interagir à l’oral et à l’écrit

  • Maitrise du pack office
