Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you: 

By joining the Customer Acquisition team within the Global Digital Marketing & Ecommerce department (Premium, Midscale & Economy division), you will be accountable and responsible for supporting the Senior Manager Paid Search & Meatasearch in managing the levers development strategy to support Regional teams responsible for activation.

Reporting directly to Senior Manager Paid Search & Metasearch, you will be working closely with Regional Customer Acquisition teams, internal and external partners to maximize performance and efficiency in accordance with the defined Customer Acquisition strategy

Your mission:

  • Contributing to defining the strategy and guidelines for the Metasearch lever :
    • Driving best-in-class Metasearch strategic project development, guidelines & processes
    • Driving adaptation to the evolving environment through incrementality tests, automation, efficiency & scalability
    • Driving development of advanced solutions and innovative features
  • Driving strategic project developments for Metasearch with internal & external partners (price comparison sites, media platforms, tools, etc.):
    • Driving & building the partnership development with internal & external partners
    • Briefing, supervising, and challenging partners to seize new opportunities
    • Being a force of proposal on the needs for developments in business models, partnerships and connectivity, integrating development needs reported by the hubs to support local strategies.
  • Supporting the Senior Manager Paid Search & Metasearch in the management of major projects:
    • Leading and being the entry point on dedicated transversal projects on behalf of the Customer Acquisition team
    • Monitoring performance & budgets in alignment with business & financial objectives and driving evolution of dashboards to support Levers management
    • Monitoring the impacts & driving synergies on the Metasearch & Paid Search levers in the evolving Digital Environment
    • Working on connectivity with the Digital Factory teams within Accor to unlock competitive advantages across Metasearch partners
  • Working hand-in-hand and participating in setting up support for Regional teams to guide them in the management of their Metasearch campaigns.
    • Setting up regular calls with dedicated contacts in the hubs and setting up follow-ups.
    • Creating and updating documents
    • Supporting Regional Teams in evaluating the launch of new tests across Levers partners

Profil recherché

And you? 

  • Confirmed experience in Metasearch lever management with a background within International Client(s) and/or Agency

  • Experience in Paid Search lever management is a plus

  • Experience in working with external partners

  • Experience using digital optimization tools/solutions

  • Strong analytical skills with target-oriented attitude

  • Strategic & Anlaytical Problem solver

  • Business & results acumen

  • Ability to make clear explanations and recommendations

  • Proactive, result-driven in fast paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Fluent in English + ideally other EU language
