As part of Astraveus’s growth, we are opening a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position. Collaborating closely with the CEO and members of the management team, the CFO will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of the company. This position requires a unique combination of operational and strategic skills, as well as versatile expertise to contribute to the structuring and growth of the company.

As a key member of the management team, the CFO’s main responsibilities will include:

• Leading and effectively managing the company’s financing activities, including supporting additional fundraising to support growth and strategic initiatives.

• Taking responsibility for managing the data room, ensuring accurate management of assets and past accounts to meet the requirements of investors and stakeholders.

• Providing strategic and operational financial support for the planning and execution of company goals.

• Conducting detailed financial analyses to inform business and strategic decisions.

• Taking charge of the Business Plan management and fostering strong relationships with investors to ensure trust and transparency in our financial activities.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, accustomed to high-growth environments.

• Strong experience in a complex and regulated environment, preferably in life sciences or technology.

• Proven experience in successful fundraising in a startup context, demonstrating the ability to navigate successfully in a dynamic and rapidly evolving financial environment.

• Fluent in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively and influentially with international stakeholders.

• Proven experience in an innovative research or technology environment, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities specific to these sectors.
