What you are supposed to do

WHAT DO WE DO?

When a startup or a company builds a unique technology for a B2B sector (think business intelligence or pricing software tools for example), we build the sales process, infrastructure and team in our Prague's hub to develop the business in European markets. Your job is to do an analysis for a startup that wants to enter new markets by contacting potential customers and partners. The aim is to find out whether the market is suitable for the startup to invest in selling their product. 1 analysis/project is approximately 3-4 months long and once it is finished you move to another one.

2 YEAR SALES & LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

We are a young team and we know that you, millennials, want to get tons of know-how in the shortest time possible and probably move to another challenge. That’s why we work on a two-year chapter basis. We pack you with know-how and make sure you work your ass off to apply it and succeed. Your experience and market price growth from business development representative to sales manager will get accelerated from usual 5 to 2 years. After this we can transfer you to our startup customer, find you another role in SALESDOCk or help you find your next chapter elsewhere.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads (50+ calls per day, e-mails, LinkedIn messages, ...)
  • Lead market evaluation projects for startup
  • Constantly deepen your skills in completing a rigorous analysis of a market entry (by doing the deep dive, collecting results and presenting them independently)
  • Do analyses on various markets
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Co-founders to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
  • Schedule product demonstrations for our Business Developers
  • Conduct qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to translate market feedback imperative for the Spiro product development roadmap

Your skills

  • 1+ year experience in B2B sales
  • undergraduate degree from an accredited university, MBA or Masters is a plus
  • spoken and written English skills on a C+ level (you need to be able to do business in it), another language is a plus
  • ability to work hard and accept drill
  • ability to adapt and grow quickly and easily as we build the project and company
  • written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills on a high level
  • to be extremely proactive, organized and responsible
  • the desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • most importantly, we have to fit personally, so it’s fun to work together :)
