PricewaterhouseCoopers is looking for a Health Care Professional Compliance Analyst to join our growing team based in Prague, Czech Republic. The position offers great growth opportunities in terms of scope and career path. The position is suitable also for university graduates/students who are able to work on full time basis.

The key area of responsibility will lie in providing compliance analysis of Health Care Professional interactions and related spending, data reconciliation and reporting on a regular basis to clients and internal organizations. The HCP Compliance Analyst will be on-boarded internally through intense trainings covering reporting requirements, transparency principles and regulations. The HCP Compliance Analyst will cooperate with various functions such as Legal & Compliance, Data privacy, Finance and IT for efficient reporting and process development and source information from Government/Transparency Authorities.

The role:
  • Prepares Transparency Reporting by collecting, reconciling, analysing, remediating and summarizing data on Health Care Professional Interactions and Spending
  • Cooperates with clients’ key data users (sales & business representatives) for follow-up on data analysis
  • Proactively performs research on latest Transparency updates
  • Prepares regular updates to clients on KPI’s and data analysis
  • Adheres to latest Transparency regulations and reflects these in data analysis, SOP updates, process and system development
  • Provides trainings to clients’ key data users on required rules and regulations
  • Actively participates in process & system development
  • Maintains all process documentation
  • Key interface with our Global Network

Co bys měl umět

  • High school /Secondary school diploma as a minimum
  • Fluent in English
  • Czech, French or German is an advantage
  • Advanced MS Office skills (MS Excel)
  • Knowledge of AP and T&E Systems an advantage
  • Knowledge on Transparency Regulations & Laws an advantage
  • Detail orientation, strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Drive for accuracy
  • Excellent business communication and problem solving skills
