Are you someone who is not afraid to stand out from a crowd and follow their own path? Would you like to develop our chocolate boxes? If yes, keep reading.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO WORK ON:

* Portfolio & Brand management, Preparation of long term brand and business strategy

* Innovation development incl. market analysis, market opportunities, concept, product & packaging design, business case with key focus on local brands (MODRÉ Z NEBE, ORION)

* Designing, briefing and developing communication campaigns (ATL, digital, ...) in close cooperation with communication/media agencies

* Market trends monitoring with focus on analysing consumer behaviour, competition and product performance, in order to identify new opportunities and consumer needs

* Close monitoring of business performance and development of short term actions in order to improve business results in close collaboration with Trade Marketing and Sales

* Managing and optimizing product mix/P&L management for assigned portfolio.

YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:


* Interest in latest marketing trends and experience with brand communication (ATL/ BTL)

* Ability to lead complex projects with independence

* At least 4 years of experience with brand management, preferably in FMCG environment

* A very good knowledge of consumer’s segmentation and strategic activities towards new target consumer groups

* Some previous sales/trade marketing experience - not a must

* Good presentation & communication skills

* Active driving licence
