What you are supposed to do

As Team Coordinator / Assistant you will be part of team which is responsible for rental of office spaces. Within this role you will be responsible for:

  • Properties availability list preparation and distribution
  • Presentations and properties long lists preparation
  • Organization of viewings of properties for team
  • Take care of small office requirements if necessary
  • Communication with clients regarding their office space enquiries
  • Coordination of team invitations and activities
  • Communication with other agencies
  • Communication with our marketing department
  • Coordination with finance department for invoicing and billing
  • Agency contracts preparation
  • Other ad hoc activities

Team Coordinator / Assistant

Your skills

  • Active use of MS – Word, Excel
  • Good ability to work with MS PowerPoint
  • Great command of spoken and written English, native Czech
  • Communication and organization skills
  • Detail oriented and flexible
  • Team player
