As a Bidding Analyst, you will be in charge of creating online bid events in the platform. You will have your own a portfolio of assigned bidding activities based on forecasting plan for several tenders and live auctions located across EMEA region. You will be extensively interacting internal clients and get in touch with external suppliers. Your responsibility will as well be maintenance of bid related documentation in the system and also closely interfere with all Procurement categories.


Pre bid:

  • Reception in the shared mailbox and eventual recycle of the Bid package
  • Close cooperation with Procurement categories
  • Off-line assistance to users
  • Update relevant logs and databases
  • Filing and administration of related documents in the shared mailbox and the LAN
  • Create draft bid event based on client request

Bid Event monitoring:

  • Troubleshooting, preliminary and follow up calls, e-mails, contacting or redirecting to on line platform support team
  • Take care of the technical execution of the event and amend the documentation if applicable
  • Act as a back-up for other Bidding Center (BC) Analysts.

Post Bid Event:

  • Data tabulation upon user’s request (analysis, reverse auction one pager, eventual recycle with clients and clarifications with supplier)
  • For all above mentioned activities make sure that all control requirements are met while bidding and is directly responsible for those related to the technical execution.
  • Procurement Center employees strictly comply with all applicable Laws and ExxonMobil rules, standards and policies: HR policies, DOAG, Red Book, Sourcing Handbook, GIM manual and other functions/tolls if applicable.

Your skills

  • University education preferred but not a must
  • Fluent level of French language and advanced to fluent English and Italian
  • Customer services experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel is preferred
  • Proactive
  • Good coordinating, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and customer oriented mindset
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
