What you are supposed to do

A career in Knowledge Management, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to play an integral part of knowledge sharing across the PwC network so that we can continually provide better service to our clients. You’ll help organise and manage various sources of information as well as provide research support for internal and external clients.

We are looking for a new colleague on position CRM Specialist to join our department of Business Development & Research at PwC in Prague. We suppose the candidate to be a fresh graduate of university or experienced hire.

Your skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, IT or Business Administration; Master’s will be considered an asset
  • Prior Marketing or Sales and CRM experience would be great advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills and understanding of business processes
  • Understanding of data and production processes
  • Enjoy learning and possess a commitment to professional development
  • Strong attention to detail
