What you are supposed to do

Continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, company strategy, training, consultancy, creativity, thinking "out of box" - those words are the key for this role. Become a person who helps with the continuous improvement within our company.

Core job?

  • support the understanding of the company strategy, mainly related to the efficiency, simplicity and continuous improvement mindset by organization of internal events and trainings, as well as consultancy to all employees
  • collect best practices and facilitate the sharing of those within the company, with ultimate goal of ensuring proper implementation of those within the company
  • create and maintain methodologies related to efficiency and simplicity
  • lead and cooperate on (strategic) projects
  • create proposals for optimal and well-founded improvement solutions for process-based problems
  • gather data for analysis and evaluation, set-up KPI´s and control charts, create ("to be") processes with attention to (end) customers, operational risks and efficiency in standards such as FMEA, VOC, sigma value
  • engage and inspire employees to focus on continuous improvements

Your skills

  • university degree of education (a business or technical area) or equivalent work experiences
  • active knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • green belt lean six sigma certification is a strong advantage
  • strong communication, presenting and organizational skills, proactive approach, stress resistance, creativity, out of box thinking and eager to learn and share knowledge
  • good planning skills, systematic approach and ability to prioritize
