What you are supposed to do

Sales Representative will be part of the ComAp CEE team which operates in CEE territory by working closely with our customers and also with our colleagues from other subsidiaries around the world supporting them in various projects. The main aim of this new employee would be maintaining existing business activities, gain new business opportunities and increase market share.

Your responsibilities on this position would be:
  • Finding new potential customers pertaining to all ComAp product lines
  • Sales and commercial support of existing ComAp clients and customers
  • Compiling of offers and quotations for existing or potential ComAp clients, customers, and partners.
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining good professional long term relationships and communication with existing and potential ComAp clients, customers, and partners
  • Keeping and updating customer information in CRM. Record all visit reports, opportunities and important telephone calls in CRM
  • Regularly prepare and update Budget plan for responsible countries and also Sales forecast and performance report
  • Planning and arrangement of Exhibitions when required
  • Conduct market research (in cooperation with Marketing) to understand competitors and market trends

Your skills


  • Previous experience on the similar position in sales
  • Strong in building relationships with partners and costumers
  • Proactive person with strong strategic thinking, ability to negotiate and resolve conflict
  • Fluency in English and Czech/Slovak is a must, knowledge of Russian language is an advantage
  • High school (or university) education, a technical field of study would be an advantage
  • Active driver (group B), willingness to travel
