  • Performing AR reconciliation for GS countries
  • Coordinating and preparing the annual credit limit review
  • Preparing, distributing and booking of the general and specific doubtful debt reserves for GS countries
  • DSO calculation and distribution to local teams for reserve for financing component quarterly review for GS countries. Compile feedbacks and send it to A2R for sales discount.
  • Reporting for GS countries in an accurate and timely manner
  • Owning regional SOPs (Bad debt, Credit Limit)
  • Preparing and distributing of all SOX reports for GS countries
  • Working closely with the A2R team and coordinate/align end to end processes that involve both departments
  • Providing process, accounting expertise and support to key stakeholders on I2C related topics
  • Managing “other receivables” accounts, including chasing payments, accounts reconciliation, dispute and deductions management and ensure expectations on DSO and AR for other receivables accounts are met.
  • Working with key stakeholders to identify process improvements and liaise with BUIT, automation team and Global Process team to define “best in class” practice and ensure that optimal solution is viable, and delivery is timely
  • Designing, proposing and driving alternative solutions to meet business requirements when automation will not meet required timelines
  • Creating documentation of new reports and procedures
  • Ensuring strong internal controls are in place, in order to achieve “adequate” internal and external audit ratings

  • Finance experience across multiple markets
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
  • Highly numerate, analytical and literate skills
  • Results and performance driven: takes personal responsibility for delivering results
  • Sense of urgency: quickly assimilates and digests information, persists in the face of obstacles or challenges
  • Continuous process improvement orientation with a curious mindset
  • Adaptable to change with a love of learning
  • Fluent English is essential
