What you are supposed to do

We are looking for an experienced executive assistant to perform administrative and general supporting activities for specific MT members and their teams.

    What will you do?

    • Perform administrative and general supporting activities such as timely and proactive up to date calendar maintance, sending meeting invitation, writing letters, taking minutes from the regular meetings, preparing documents for signing, preparing presentations
    • Organizing all agenda – meetings, conference calls, business trips, management off-sites etc.
    • Expense accounting
    • Ensures flight tickets/hotels booking for managers
    • Taking care of outgoing and incoming calls and correspondence
    • Arranges refreshment or catering, stationary and office supplies
    • Communication with other departments, branches and headquarter
    • Maintaining assigned registers /databases and generation of reports
    • Other miscellaneous duties based on ad hoc request of MT members

EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

Your skills

    • 2+ years experience of holding an executive assistant position in international company
    • Very good communication skills in both Czech and English (oral and written)
    • Reliability
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment
    • Good knowledge of MS Office, esp. Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
