  • Educate our customers from basics to full functionality to benefit from SEMrush services (demos and webinars)
  • Provide internal departments and management with customers' feedback

  • Good verbal and written English
  • Strong verbal and written French skills
  • Higher Education
  • Work experience with any support related experience
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Energy, enthusiasm and motivation;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities
  • Ability to work as well as in a team
  • Humility, willingness to constantly learn and grow, creative playful approach to achieving goals
  • Desirable: Understanding SEO Basics or Readiness to Learn More About It;
