What you are supposed to do

We just signed a contract with a new client and we are looking for a beast who will start the whole project!

What Do We Do?

When a startup or a company builds a unique technology for a B2B sector (think business intelligence or pricing software tools for example), we build the whole sales department infrastructure including a sales team for them. We also help the clients grow the business in European markets.


We are a young team and we know that you, millennials, want to get tons of know-how in the shortest time possible and probably move to another challenge. You have got sales experience, we expand them - you work on bigger deals, bigger accounts and work on your skills. That’s why we work on a two-year chapter basis. We add to your know-how, make sure you work your ass off to apply it and succeed. Your experience and market price growth from business developer to senior sales manager will get accelerated from the usual 5 to 2 year. After this you can lead the whole project, we can transfer you to our customer, find you another role in SALESDOCk or help you find your next chapter elsewhere. You can get experience and a chance to be the head of the project later.

What you'll do

  • close new business deals and partnerships that attain the goals of our clients
  • build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
  • work collaboratively with client's marketing and technology departments to deliver sales results
  • constantly train and educate yourself
  • bring your thinking, strategies and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future

Your skills

  • 1+ year experience in B2B sales
  • undergraduate degree from an accredited university, MBA or Masters is a plus
  • spoken and written English skills on a B+ level (you need to be able to do business in it), another language is a plus
  • ability to adapt and grow quickly and easily as we build the project and company
  • communication and interpersonal skills on a high level
  • to be extremely proactive, organized and responsible
  • most importantly, we have to fit personally, so it’s fun to work together :)
