Bramble Ski and Haute Montagne are looking for talented leaders to join our resort teams in the Alps next winter.

You will need to have an enthusiastic and professional approach for both our brands; Bramble Ski and Haute Montagne. Most importantly you will show genuine passion for and knowledge of the luxury travel industry.

You’ll ensure your team are working in a safe and fun environment and be responsible for all daily operational aspects of the resort. You will nurture chalet owner and supplier relationships and build our reputation and brand in one of the world’s most famous ski resorts.

• A hardworking, multi-tasker with exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal skills, a great leader and team player

• Minimum two seasons experience managing a luxury chalet operation or a minimum 5 years in a management role in the ski hospitality industry

• The role requires thorough operational and first-class human resources skills as well as a proven ability to learn quickly, with a flexible approach to travel and working hours

• Fluent in English. Working knowledge of French or German seen very favourably

• A natural people person, willing to build a strong understanding of our staff, owners, clients and their needs

• Excellent commercial awareness

• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written

• Flexibility and an ability to adapt quickly to different clients

• Willingness to promote a team-oriented environment

• Proficient and confident in using the latest technologies and media platforms

• Attention to detail second to none

• A full, clean driving licence.
