The Customer Success team

The Customer Success team (8 people) is the true voice of the customer at Opencell. It collaborates with the business teams in pre-sales processes and responses to RFIs and RFPs, and advises and trains our clients and partners in the implementation and operation of the solution. The team plays a critical role in updating and conducting our Opencell Academy training, which provides both functional and technical certification training on the Opencell solution.

The members of the consulting team are typically senior consultants who have gained experience at an integrator or another software vendor. They must have a commercial mindset and a desire to persuade.
