Position Summary
Your mandate will be to spearhead all aspects of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion at Quadient, fostering a vibrant culture of talent aligned with our core values. You will provide strong leadership of our global Talent Function being accountable for a consistent and strategic approach to the hiring and development of diverse talent, aligned to our strategic workforce plan and Toal Rewards Policy. You will hold a global role and you’ll report to the Chief People and Transformation Officer.
Key Accountabilities
How you will make an impact:
•Build a strategic Talent Function : Developing and executing innovative recruitment, learning and development strategies to attract, develop and retain top talent.
•Partner with leaders across the business: Provide clear strategic direction on the global Talent strategy, supporting them in building high performing teams and infusing a culture of continuous learning and leadership development.
•Own and continually improve our recruitment strategy and hiring process: Making it more strategic, long-term, and proactive with a focus on identifying, sourcing and engaging diverse alent.
•Employer Brand: Lead the development and maintenance of the employer brand through consistent messaging, visual identify and tone of voice to attract top-tier candidates.
•Track and analyse recruitment marketing metrics: Measure the effectiveness of recruitment, performance and learning campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
•DE&I: Lead our approach to building a diverse and inclusive organization, building and executing our D&I strategy and ensuring D&I is embedded in our HR practices and processes.
•Be a strategic advisor to the Executive Committee and senior leadership on executive, leadership, and manager development, with a strategic and big picture view into external trends and the implications on our people.
•Secure a strong talent and leadership pipeline: Build effective D&I programs, talent management, leadership development programs and execution of succession planning processes.
•Lead our approach to “development enablement” ensuring talent reviews and calibrations are supported with appropriate frameworks and processes to build a high performance culture, supporting Pay for Performance and ensuring identification and movement of talent in the pipeline.
•Lead our approach for career progression through development of career pathways, identifying the required skills and knowledge relative to job families and building learning pathways for associated skills development.
•Execute our global learning & development strategy ensuring that we are planning and building the skills required for the future. Provide equal access and opportunity to learn and develop careers by ensuring our learning hub is widely used and adopted across the business and that the most up to date and relevant learning resources (whether built internally or acquired from external resources) are of a high standard, rich in content and easily accessible.
•Employee Engagement: Lead the design, implementation and monitoring of our employee engagement survey and ensure action planning and execution to drive improvement in engagement and retention.
•Lead talent engagement and retention initiatives such as onboarding, learning campaigns etc assuring cohesive and consistent practices across the organization.
•Coach and support key leaders and talent in career development strategies and good practice.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
What you’ll Bring:
•Extensive breadth and depth of experience spanning talent acquisition, talent management, and organizational development in a leadership role
•Previous experience gained in global organizations, showcasing adaptability to diverse business environments.
•Proven track record in sourcing, nurturing, and empowering top-tier talent within fast-paced, high-performance settings.
•Effective people leader, able to multitask, prioritize and inspire a team.
•Ability to build strong and trusted relationships within the HR community.
•Experience in effectively influencing senior leaders.
•Ability to coordinate effectively across regions and business units on to implement global standards.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
•Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and operate in ambiguity.
•Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant best-in class people, learning and recruitment tech stack.
