The position

Job description

We are looking for a V.I.E. to join the Marketing and Sales Facilitation team who plays a key role in supporting the commercial activities of SGSS Luxembourg. The team aims to strengthen SGSS sales efficiency, understand and manage potential risks during the customer onboarding process and demonstrate excellent customer service. Working transversally and in an international environment, the team is responsible for marketing activities, sales support, pre-onboarding and KYC oversight.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the organization of client events (invitation process, follow-up after events...)
  • Keep the marketing/commercial presentations up to date and available on the Library
  • Assist in market surveys and competition benchmarking
  • Assemble tailor-made presentations for prospecting purposes from the library of slides
  • In cooperation with the central teams, coordinate SGSS Lux response to Requests for Proposal (RfPs)
  • Collect KYC documents and monitor progress with support teams to ensure a smooth pre-onboarding phase
  • Ensure a smooth sales cycle until the signature of contracts

Please note that for the missions outside the European countries, a VISA is necessary. Please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure. Otherwise, we strongly advise you to launch asap the renewal of your passport.

Profile required

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Studies & experience:
  • Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Business development
  • A previous experience in Securities Services would be appreciated

Language skills:
  • Fluent in English (B2-C1)

Technical, operational & Soft skills:
  • Proficient/Good command of MS Office
  • Good communication and presentation skills

The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Luxembourg is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 24 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information (including your financial indemnities), please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France.
