As a «Marketing Project Manager», you will join the Marketing team under the supervision of the Marketing Director and you will participate in all the marketing activities of the company. In this context, your missions will be the following:

Event Coordination

• Manage the relationship with our service providers (agencies, freelancers..) and participate in the organization of trade shows in France and internationally.

• Participate in the organization of Wakeo physical and online events: identification of targets, invitations, follow-ups, creation of visuals, management of the streaming platform for webinars.

Digital Marketing

• Participate in the definition and creation of digital marketing campaigns in Hubspot (lead generation, lead nurturing, product related)

• Participate in content and asset creation (blog, video, visuals newsletters)

• Follow up and analyze different performance metrics related to the digital campaigns (database quality, conversion etc..)

• Define and implement improvement plans

• You have a good level of English and German (mandatory), a good level in French is a plus.

• You are currently studying marketing/management in a business school or university, you are ideally looking for an internship to invest in the long term in a strong entrepreneurial and international experience.

• You have strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a high capacity for proactivity and autonomy.

• You are known for your ability to adapt, you are a true team player, optimistic by nature. You bring your energy and good humor to your daily work. You are also creative and like to try out new things.

• You already have some experience either in content creation, in digital marketing or in event management.

• A knowledge of of graphic tools such as Canva and CRM/Marketing automation tools such as Hubspot is a plus.
