As a Business & Development Analyst at Biocodex, you will play a crucial role in the company's growth and development by providing critical support in the evaluation, analysis, and execution of transactions. You will work closely with senior management, investment bankers, legal and operational teams, and other stakeholders to identify potential acquisition targets, conduct due diligence, and assist in the overall B&D process.

Your main responsibilities will be:

-Business Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to identify potential acquisition opportunities and assess their strategic fit.

-Opportunity Evaluation: Perform in-depth financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and forecasting, to assess the feasibility and potential returns of B&D.

-Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential acquisition targets, including financial, operational, legal, and regulatory assessments.

-Deal Structuring: Assist in structuring B&D, including negotiation of deal terms and conditions, and preparation of term sheets.

-Project Management: Coordinate and manage business development projects from prospecting to deal closure.

-Documentation: Prepare transaction-related documents, including financial reports and presentations for senior management.

-Stakeholder Interaction: Work closely with internal (R&D, regulatory, marketing) and external teams (consultants, potential partners) to ensure project progress.

-Integration Support: Assist in post-acquisition integration efforts, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Profile:

Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or Cosmetics, ideally in business development or strategic consulting.

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft suite.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of transactions is advantageous.

Languages: Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.

A team player with a strong work ethic and hands-on attitude.
