MAIN MISSIONS
The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is part of the Finance team and performs financial analysis, contributes to financial planning processes / designs, s/he will also implement overall business plans with APAC CFO & in accordance with APAC CEO
S/he works as partner with the Financial Department as well with the APAC CEO and General Managers. S/he will play a key role in supporting them.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the teams and oversee financial reporting, planning, budgeting, forecast, cash flow management and cost saving controls
Perform Gross Profit reconciliation, contribute and validate job profit analysis, jobs invoicing and costing accuracy, customer invoices billing timely, KPI benchmarking
Demonstrate strong understanding and up-to-date knowledge of market trend, best financial & accounting practices, taxation requirement and local regulations
Analyses business processes to ensures compliance with internal and external policies and procedures
Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with external parties
Act as a business partner to drive business initiatives and recommendations for enhancing financial performance and business opportunities aligned with business objectives
Various spot missions request by APAC CEO and/or APAC CFO
Minimum 5 years of audit experience, with a mandatory strong experience in analysis, forecasting and budgeting
Degree in Finance or Accountancy
Experience in the freight forwarding industry is a real plus
Proficiency in MS Office
Can work meeting strict deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English is mandatory
