The position

Job description

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that integrates with our regional marketing goals, focusing on customer communication, lead generation, and candidate sourcing.
  • Content Development: Regularly produce and curate engaging social media content tailored to the specific needs of each market within the region, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between local marketing teams, external agencies, and freelancers to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the planning, publication, and analysis of social media campaigns, optimising strategies based on performance data and regional feedback.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with key stakeholders across the region to support business objectives and enhance the user experience.
  • Training and Development: Lead initiatives to educate and empower local marketing teams, enhancing their capabilities in social selling and digital engagement.

Preferred experience

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in social media management, preferably in a regional or global role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficient with CMS platforms and familiar with the latest digital marketing tools and trends.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and guiding diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret extensive data to drive strategy and decision-making.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in English; proficiency in another European language is highly advantageous.
