Your Role: As a Data Engineer at Malou, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a robust data infrastructure that supports all facets of our business.

What You’ll Do:

• Designing, building, and maintaining our data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure efficient and reliable data ingestion and processing.

• Collaborating with the Tech team (Engineering and Data Science) and the Product team to make data accessible and actionable across Malou.

• Monitoring and troubleshooting our data systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance.

• Creating a unified data environment that becomes the single source of truth for the company.

• Leading the selection and implementation of a suitable BI tool to cater to the evolving needs of Malou teams.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist our Chief Product Officer (CPO) in recruiting, mentoring, and integrating junior data profiles in the future.

• Ensure that data-oriented roles and projects within our Product domain are in sync and moving forward.

Our Tech Stack:

• Data sources and tracking : Python, Heap, Retool, Airtable, Jimo, Hubspot, Pennylane, Hyperline

• Back-End: Node.js

• Infrastructure: AWS, MongoDB

• 3 to 7 years of experience.

• You specialize in Data Science / Machine Learning / Data Engineering / Data Analysis

• You worked on projects on one (or more) of these domains : Generative AI, Photo and Video Generation and Analysis, Revenue Prediction, Marketing Mix Modeling …

• You already have initial experience in natural language processing algorithms.

• You are meticulous and structured.

• You possess an analytical mindset and a strong sense of synthesis.
